Any personal data you enter onto our site will not be shared without your consent to any third party or used for commercial purposes. You will be asked for an e-mail address when commenting on any blog post on this site, this is purely for security and anti spam purposes and that e mail address will not be used to contact you or shared with anyone or used for commercial purposes. Your e-mail is not publicly visible and only your name, or user name can be seen.

If you sign up to receive notifications when we share a new blog post, your e mail address will be stored and used. You can unsubscribe at any time from this. Your data will not be shared with anyone else or used for commercial purposes.

We have social media sharing access links on our site. This means if you click on a social media link it will take you to our social media sites on Facebook, Google +, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter. We do not store data linked to your access of those sites and we do not monitor these actions.

Our site is protected both by internal software and an external service and firewall which helps to make sure that no one but administrators of this blog can access the data held within this site. If our blog or site is hacked we have a service provider who will deal with any breaches and inform us if any data is accessed. We are registered with ICOS and will inform them if an incident happens where our site is breached and what steps we have taken to protect data.

Payment information

KingsGate Community Trust will never ask you to input your bank details, credit card or financial information directly onto our site. Any financial information share with us is via secure third party sites like Paypal and Stripe and we do not store credit or bank card details. Please do not leave your details on any part of this site that could be seen by the public

KingsGate Community Trust is not responsible for the content of external internet sites. You are advised to read the privacy policy of external sites before disclosing any personal information.
